This is the story of Roscoe. MinPin rescue extrodinaire. I say that because he was doomed to death for biting so many people in the shelter. I took in the little bastard and he has turned out to be my best performance dog in both agility and obedience. This blog is about his life, his housemates and me! Special Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE) for OFWs in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Abu Dhabi in December 2011
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 that a Special Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE) will be conducted in the Middle East on December 9, 10 and 11, 2011.
