This is the story of Roscoe. MinPin rescue extrodinaire. I say that because he was doomed to death for biting so many people in the shelter. I took in the little bastard and he has turned out to be my best performance dog in both agility and obedience. This blog is about his life, his housemates and me! Philippines Welcomes Symbolic '7 Billionth Baby'
The Philippines welcomed one of the world's symbolic "seven billionth" babies Monday, after she arrived to a celebratory cheer at a packed government-run hospital.
