I took in the little bastard and he has turned out to be my best performance dog in both agility and obedience. This blog is about his life, his housemates and me! PAG-ASA Public Weather Forecast - Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) (November 18, 2011)
Issued at 5:00 p.m. today, November 18, 2011, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that there is an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao including Palawan.
