PAG-ASA Public Weather Forecast - Low Pressure Area (LPA) (October 4, 2011)

At 2:00 p.m. today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 760 km East of Visayas (10.5°N, 133.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
