The Department of Education (DepEd) published on Thursday, January 5, 2012 the Memorandum No. 2, s. 2012, re: Dissemination of Presidential Proclamation No. 303 (Declaring A State Of National Calamity).
For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed in the said memorandum is a copy of the Presidential Proclamation No. 303 entitled Declaring a State of National Calamity dated December 20, 2011, which is self explanatory.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
