Issued at 5:00 pm. today, December 18 2011, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 p.m., Tropical Storm "SENDONG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 410 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City (10.3°N,114.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 24 kph. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Issued at 5:00 pm. today, December 17, 2011, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Storm "SENDONG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 220 km West of Dumaguete City (9.2°N,121.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 24 kph.

Issued at 5:00 p.m. today, December 16, 2011, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 pm today, Tropical Storm "SENDONG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data in the vicinity of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur (8.2°N,126.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 22 kph.
