This is the story of Roscoe. MinPin rescue extrodinaire. I say that because he was doomed to death for biting so many people in the shelter. I took in the little bastard and he has turned out to be my best performance dog in both agility and obedience. This blog is about his life, his housemates and me! NCAE Postponed in Luzon - September 30, 2011 Next Schedule
The Department of Education announced on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, the postponement of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) from September 28 to September 30, 2011 as the next schedule.
